RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with our Electronic Store. We strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully happy with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and labels intact.

 

Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Once you receive your RMA number, please follow these steps:

  1. Carefully repackage the item in its original box and protective materials.

  2. Include the following documents inside the package:

    • A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase

    • The RMA number

    • A completed return form

  3. Send the item to the return address provided by our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

REFUNDA
 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate your refund or exchange process. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive the item to complete the processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been approved and issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Exceptions

 

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene, licensing, or safety reasons:

  • Downloaded or activated software

  • Antivirus and security software

  • Opened ink cartridges

  • Cables and wires

  • Internal or external parts

  • Hardware components

  • Screws and installation kits

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to request a replacement or refund. Proof of damage may be required.
